The New Team of Weapons and Tactics is proud to announce that applications for recruitment are now open for the PlayStation Network. With our recent deployment of Battlefield 3 Server #13875, we decided to celebrate by opening applications for a limited time.

There is no limit other than that what is mentioned above is <em>required</em>. Do note that we do not accept or decline applications based on scheduling. We are only collecting scheduling information to get a general idea of the member audience that will be playing online, etc.

Upcoming Changes

The New Team of Weapons and Tactics has been relatively quiet recently, at least from the front-end. At the backend, we've been making a lot of improvements and have been working hard to prepare for our brand-new, upcoming R5 website.

 

Here are some highlights of upcoming changes and additions.

 

Upcoming Recruitment Changes

To better serve members on the different networks that we operate, recruitment operations are now handled individually on a per-network basis. A dedicated team of PlayStation Network Recruiters will handle recruitment on the PlayStation Network and a dedicated team of PC Network Recruiters will handle recruitment on the PC Network. As such, recruitment operations will be executed as possible depending on overall organization recruitment status and individual network recruiters' and staff schedules.

 

In making this change, new "positions" have been introduced to the Department of Human Resources:

 

 

• PlayStation Network Recruiter[/*:m:28jw3521]
  
• PlayStation Network Recruiter[/*:m:28jw3521]
  
• Network Recruiter (or "Recruiter")[/*:m:28jw3521]

 

These positions are equal in terms of the position hierarchy in the Department of Human Resources. That is, Network Recruiters are no more "powerful" (if you will) than others and instead, they can (and are responsible to) recruit on both networks. Note that to qualify as a Network Recruiter, you have to fulfill the same requirements as the individual network recruiters and must own systems for both networks (a PC and a PlayStation 3 and/or PlayStation 4).

 

At time of this announcement, all current recruiters are PlayStation Network Recruiters. Though I (ClareXoBearrx3) do not deal with HR operations normally, I will be serving as a PC Network Recruiter for the time being, until some PC Network Recruiter positions are filled by others. If you are interested in joining the Department of Human Resources as a PC Network Recruiter, please send me a message directly via our Forums indicating so.
