Intermediate Theme Change

Hello everyone,

 

In preparation for the near-future update to our Community Forums, we have set the default theme to a modified version of the traditional ProSilver style, ProSilver Special Edition. The default theme (style) that ships with the forum software is known as ProSilver and has a blue theme. When we perform the update from the new version of our Community Forums, it will utilize the default style until we develop a custom style and get further custom styles from the public.

 

That said, we want the new Community Forums to have a fresh look when we update it, so instead of using the ProSilver theme now, we are using the Special Edition variant of the theme meanwhile. The primary purpose in us pushing out this intermediate theme is to allow all current and new users to better familiarize themselves with the upcoming interface. Although the new update will introduce some new features, the overall layout will be similar and we'd like the transition to be as smooth as possible.

 

Those who prefer to use another theme or feel they are already familiar "enough" with the system can always revert themes via their User Control Panel (UCP) by navigating to their UCP > Board Preferences > My Board Style.
