New Updates & Upcoming Veteran Status

The new year is around the corner and with the new year, we're introducing some updates along with some new stuff that we'll be introducing soon. As most of you know, sincere development of the Team of Weapons And Tactics didn't truly begin until February of 2013, at which point a new group of dedicated and honest people joined our team: David (Zonar-83), Karl (Sapper), Chase (elementx777), and James (Iceman_WN). Later that same year, Liberty City United Divisions merged along with its most dedicated staff, Ollie (Demon_Slayer723) and Terrence (TERRENCE_FERRARA), forming the New Team of Weapons and Tactics.

 

As of February of 2014, the New Team of Weapons and Tactics well have been (officially) in service for one year. We will be introducing a new membership status: NTWT Veteran. NTWT Veterans are members of the New Team of Weapons and Tactics who have been active for at least one [1] year. These members will be placed in a new group on our forums, giving them a unique golden-colored username and some other unique features:

 

> Ability to Change their Username Don't like your username or want to change it? Change it whenever you'd like, wherever you'd like, and as many times as you want. There's no limits and you don't need permission from a Moderator or an Administrator.

 

> Ability to Change their Primary Usergroup Want to change the way you appear to other users around the forums? You can change your primary usergroup from the group memberships you have, allowing you to customize the way you appear to others on the board. And as always, change it whenever you'd like, wherever you'd like, and as many times as you want. There's no limits and you don't need permission from a Moderator or an Administrator.

 

> Ability to Ignore Flood Limit Now you don't have to wait to post messages or reply to posts. If you're a fast typist or you like replying to multiple threads in short periods of time, don't get held back by our flood limits that are in-place to protect our forums from spam overloads. By ignoring the flood limit, you can post as fast as you'd like, as many times as you'd like, without having to wait a specific amount of time in between.

 

> Ability to use flash BBCode tag in private messages Now you have the unique ability to embed flash content in private messages. This makes sharing such content much easier and more convenient, rather than a boring hyperlink.

 

> Exclusive Reserved Slot or VIP Slot on all our Servers Now with a reserved slot, there's no more waiting in the queue when our servers are full. Skip the queue and jump directly into our server, whenever you'd like. With a VIP slot, you can't go directly into the server when it is full, but you do get to skip to the front of the queue. Note that reserved slots and VIP slots are only available on PC and PlayStation, respectively.

 

That said, we still value those who have been with us for a long time as of now. For members who have been with us since June of 2013, they will be rewarded with the NTWT Veteran status, if they remain active members throughout January 1, 2014.

 

As a quick reward to everyone, we have increased the private message cap to 150 maximum messages and up to 10 personal folders for your PM inbox.
