No More Editing of Profiles

Hello everyone,

 

 

As some of you may know, there have been some recent incidents involving moderators and admins messing with each others' profiles. While it may have been previously discussed as a "thing for fun" to do "only seldom", I think it's best we put it to a rest for now. There have been a few questionable incidents at hand and with this being an organization rather than a clan or guild, everything should be run in a professional and orderly fashion. People spend time to customize their profiles for a reason and it's not fair to mess with their profiles and undo (or even modify) the work they did.

 

 

So as a note to all the admins and mods, let's put a stop to it. If you didn't particularly do it, there's no need to worry. But if you did, let's not do it again.

I'm guessing an admin put that nude chick for another persons avatar.

Yeah, either an admin or someone who hacked another person's profile. Believe it or not, people mistake hackers for computer experts and whatnot. Which really isn't always the case. A simple hacker could be anyone who's capable of guessing a password, or accessing your PC while you're away from it.

 

 

 

The thing is, I checked the logs in the AdminCP and they showed that he edited his own account. Which means whoever did it uploaded it while logged in under his name. Luckily they didn't do any damage, but I didn't notice it until a few days later when I was looking for a post that someone made and noticed the avatar. I saw it and was like... :mercie_blink:
