Linking PlayStation Network Account to EA Master Account

Recommended Posts

Christopher

I've received some questions from a number of different people on how to link their Battlelog accounts with their PlayStation 3 accounts. This being a common issue amongst different people, I will be making a support page with this information shortly. But for now, here's the instructions on how to do it.

You'll need to sign in with an EA Master Account, if you don't already have one. This will give you access to EA's online features, such as Battlelog, Origin, and more. To get started:

  1. Visit http://www.ea.com
  2. Click on the login link:http://i.imgur.com/pkVaK.png
  3. Click on the PSN button, ignoring all text fields:http://i.imgur.com/Ac9Xb.png
  4. Enter your PlayStation Network information into the new window that appears:http://i.imgur.com/bJZSG.png
  5. Once you login, you'll be asked to sign in to your EA Master Account. If you already have one, simply login using the details; if not, sign up for a new one. Your PSN details will then be tied to your account.

Important

The e-mail address you used for your PlayStation Network account is not necessarily the same as the email address on your EA account. Thus, they do not need to be the same in order to link your PSN account and EA account.

Hope this helps everyone having issues out. If there's any questions, post them in this thread. This will remain pinned at least until I can get an official page that has other FAQ's up.
