LSPD-Official 31 Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 Important Security Advisory - October 15, 2018 The Los Santos Police Department has received credible reports from trusted informants regarding the release of new cheats on the PC platform of GTA Online. These cheats have abilities to grant malicious players the ability to remotely manipulate other players' in-game statistics and progress, even when the affected players are not actively participating in an online session. Examples of these malicious actions include administrative and forceful kick operations, remote game crashes, unauthorized money adjustments, and the spamming of Social Club crew messages. Due to the severity of these exploits and the troubling fact that they can impact players even in Single Player mode, we strongly advise all players on the PC platform to avoid both Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V (at least on PC) until further notice.
